The Compliance Function is lead by Thomas O'Rourke, a vastly experienced Compliance Professional who has worked with the US Department of the Treasury and the Bermuda Monetary Authority. In the performance of this function, Mr O'Rourke is ably supported by TAM's two inhouse lawyers, Thomas Daly (New York) and Joan Donnelly (Europe).
